About me
Hi! Welcome to Imera Quilt Co. My name is Dia and I am the creator behind the scenes.
I started quilted as a kid somewhere between the age of 8-10 (I really don’t know when it started) I learned how to quilt from my Grandma through 4-H projects. Eventually I started modifying patterns which led into creating my own. After taking a few years off of quilting to focus on college and other endeavors I threw myself into creating Imera!
Some fun facts about me
I love to travel! I’ve been to 16 countries and 4 continents. My goal is to one day make it to all 7 continents
I have all of the country names memorized and test myself on them semi-regularly
If I wasn’t focusing most of my free time on quilting I would focus on print making
I am a full time automotive engineer
My favorite colors are blue, green and yellow
I recently bought a Gammill long arm and am slowly learning the ropes
